How long do your wigs last? With proper care they can last upwards of a year.
What is the difference between a lace front and full lace wig? A lace front wig has lace only at the front perimeter of the head, while the full lace wig has lace around the entire perimeter of the head. You can wear high pony tails with full lace wigs, whereas only low ponytails are possible with lace front wigs.

Do you accept returns? For the health and safety of our customers, we do not accept returns on our units. We provide as much information as we can so you can make an informed and confident decision.

Can the units be styled? Yes, our units are made with 100% human hair so they can be heat styled, curled, and cut.
What is the difference between swiss lace and french lace? Swiss lace is very soft and the most undetectable, while french lace has a more course texture but is more durable.
What is remy hair? Remy hair is hair in which the cuticles of the hair are kept intact and aligned unidirectional to reduce tangling of the hair.
What is virgin hair? Virgin hair has never been chemically processed, the colours are natural and are typically in the dark brown range. Virgin hair is best if you plan to chemically treat, dye, and/or process your unit.

What is single drawn hair? Single drawn hair has been hand selected and separated by length. It may contain strands that are slightly shorter than the specified length. Example: a bundle of 18 inch hair mayy also contain 16-17 inch hair strands.
What is double drawn hair? Double drawn hair has gone through the hand selection and separation screening process twice. Therefore all the strands of hair are the same length.
Do you use single or double drawn hair? Our units all have single drawn hair on the perimeter (baby hairs), and double drawn hair throughout the unit.
Can you swim in a lace wig? Yes, provided you have secured it well. Please note, it is important to wash you unit soon after exposure to chlorine.
